A Top Coat is needed - so those professional in the beauty business - make sure if your clients are buying a Crackle Colour that they buy a professional Top Coat as well otherwise they will be very disappointed. This Product is a great retail item for your clients - so they can do the Crackle Effect right at home! But without the Top Coat the Crackle Colour will look very dull and the Top Coat helps to enhance the Crackle Effect.
Crackle Tip #1: ALWAYS use a Professional Top Coat with it.
Crackle TIP #2 : Depending on how much of an Effect you want ~ the thinner you put on the Crackle the more "crackling" you'll get and thus the thicker you put it on the less "crackling" you'll - so it just depends on what look you are going for as to how you will apply it. But the best thing to do is get a bottle and play with it and see what looks you can get.
Crackle Tip #3: Don't just brush it on in vertical brush strokes ~ try going diagonally or sideways - you'll get some cool crackling happening! This is what I mean by you don't have to an expert polish applier to be able to use it - in fact the sometimes the messed up ones get the best effects with this collection.
